Are you interested in donating to the Silent or Live Auction?  Interested in donating an item for the Raffle Prize?

Please feel free to complete this on-line form for your donation or the conor Contract form attached.  Once your on-line application has been reviewed by a Gala Committee member, you will be contacted to coordinate delivery of your item or gift certificate as well as any display items for the night of the event.
